IT Coordinator, Gliwice

Responsibilities:

  • responsibility for the successful execution and completion of internal IT infrastructure projects
  • proactively co-working with members of the global IT infrastructure as well as our service providers
  • act as a point of contact for internal departments
  • track project progress, identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
  • effectively communicate projects and activities
  • ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
  • analysis and implementation of service demands
  • provide technical support to troubleshoot
  • assist with handover to operations and service desk support
  • completing and maintaining documentation
