IT Service Manager Service Delivery Cloud (m/f/d)

Join our global IT Operations team, which manages and continously develops our state-of-the-art IT infrastructure form the network to cloud. 

 

Your tasks

  • Taking responsibility: Responsibility for IT Service Management in the first / second level area for cloud service delivery

  • Driving progress: Ensure the quality of ITSM processes; contribute to the implementation of new topics and processes

  • Managing tasks: Independent monitoring of contract related and SLA responsibilities

  • Recording conscientiously: Completing and maintaining documentation for cloud topics

  • Living collaboration: Proactively working together with members of the global IT infrastructure as well as our service providers to ensure contract fulfillment and optimal service delivery

 

Your profile 

  • Education: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable training (e.g. IT specialist (m/f/d) with several years of practical experience)

  • Experience: Professional experience in service delivery; experience with IT governance and IT security management; experience in working with service providers

  • Know-How: Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL (ITIL certification is an advantage); knowledge of cloud environment (AWS and/or Azure); familiarity with business workflow processes

  • Languages: Conversationally fluent English language skills required (min. C1/ C2); German language skills are advantageous

  • Personality: Goal-and solution-oriented way of working as part of a team, analytical approach to challenges, willingness to constantly deal with new technologies
