Global Green Factory Solutions & EU Taxonomy Reporting Manager (m/f/d)
For our Headquarters in Stuttgart-Vaihingen we are looking for a Manager EU Taxonomy & GFS Compliance (m/w/d), to ensure high-quality and auditable reporting for Green Factory Solutions and EU Taxonomy.
Your tasks

Tackling tasks: Manage GFS- and EU Taxonomy-related opportunities in Salesforce CRM, ensuring complete, traceable and audit-ready documentation

Living cooperation: Prepare and evaluate inquiries, analyses and eligibility assessments for Green Factory Solutions and EU Taxonomy activities, collaborating with regional sales managers across the Leadec Group

Taking responsibility: Prepare, analyze and validate data for monthly GFS reporting to the Board of Management, including controlling activities, KPI monitoring and variance analysis

Working struktured: Support the annual sustainability report and external audits by providing reliable calculations, documentation and system-based evidence for eligible and aligned economic activities under the EU Taxonomy

Driving progress: Coordinate with Group Accounting and the Shared Service Center to harmonize reporting standards and continuously improve EU Taxonomy and GFS reporting processes
Your profile
- Qualification: Degree in business administration, accounting, controlling, sustainability management or a comparable qualification
- Experience: Professional experience in accounting, controlling, sustainability reporting or compliance
- Know-How: Familiarity with group accounting structures, ERP & CRM systems and shared service center environments
- Interest: Attention for EU Taxonomy requirements, reporting logic and regulatory developments
- Skills: Strong analytical and data-handling skills with a structured, detail-oriented working style
- Personality: Confident communicator able to work effectively across sales, accounting, controlling and sustainability functions
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English
