Working Student (m/f/d) IT Support & Salesforce Applications

For our global sales and digitization team at our headquarters in Stuttgart-Vaihingen, to support the digital development of our service and sales processes.

 

Your tasks

 

  • Living cooperation: Support the IT team in daily operational activities
  • Tackling tasks: Triage incoming tickets, categorize and coordinate requests; Support testing, regression tests and release readiness
  • Driving progress: Create user guides, process documentation and release notes; Analyze recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Taking responsibility:  Maintain trackers, reports and documentation; Assist with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Field Service related tas

 

Your Profile

 

  • Qualification: Enrolled student in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar
  • Personality: Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Languages: Good German and English skills
  • Know-How: Confident with Excel, PowerPoint and Teams; Structured and reliable way of working
  • Interest: CRM systems, Cloud applications and digital processes
