Working Student (m/f/d) IT Support & Salesforce Applications
For our global sales and digitization team at our headquarters in Stuttgart-Vaihingen, to support the digital development of our service and sales processes.
Your tasks
- Living cooperation: Support the IT team in daily operational activities
- Tackling tasks: Triage incoming tickets, categorize and coordinate requests; Support testing, regression tests and release readiness
- Driving progress: Create user guides, process documentation and release notes; Analyze recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Taking responsibility: Maintain trackers, reports and documentation; Assist with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Field Service related tas
Your Profile
- Qualification: Enrolled student in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar
- Personality: Strong organizational and communication skills
- Languages: Good German and English skills
- Know-How: Confident with Excel, PowerPoint and Teams; Structured and reliable way of working
- Interest: CRM systems, Cloud applications and digital processes
